Arif Kılıç was born in 1981 in Bartın and is originally from Giresun.
He completed his high school education at Gümüşhane Mareşal Çakmak Anatolian Teacher High School and his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Dentistry at Hacettepe University.
After working for 15 years at a private clinic in Kartal, he co-founded OVA Dental with Mr. Oktay.
He is married and a father of two children.
He enjoys keeping up with technology.
